Oonagh has extensive professional, educational, and leadership experience and has a passion for the field of psychology. She has experience working across ministries and collaborating with partners to ensure the best educational experiences possible for children/youth with educational, medical, behavioural and mental health needs. Along with this, she has an in-depth knowledge of assessment, learning strategies, educational resources, and Individualized Program Plans/Learner Support Plans. She also has skill at adapting, modifying, and accommodating the curriculum and environment to meet the diverse learning needs within the school system. She has a passion for furthering the educational outcomes and goals of children, youth and adults and is very excited to join the amazing team at I.D.E.A.S.
